Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients.
- Organize files, documents, and records for smooth operations.
- Handle basic data entry and prepare reports when needed.
- Support clients with research and administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for basic content scheduling.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different clients’ needs.
